Welcome to <\/span>True Path Financial Services LLC<\/b>. These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you (\u201cCustomer\u201d) and us (the \u201cCompany\u201d), and govern the use of our services <\/span>credit repair<\/b> and <\/span>assistance in funding (funding)<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

In summary:<\/span><\/p>

  • We hire to help you improve your credit by disputing errors on your reports and, if desired, to assist you in funding requests.<\/span>

    \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

  • We only charge once the service is completed, in compliance with the law GLUGS.<\/span>

    \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

  • We do not offer legal, tax or guarantee specific results.<\/span>

    \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

  • You have the right to cancel within 3 business days, without cost.<\/span>

    \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

  • After, you can cancel at any time by following our process.<\/span>

    \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

  • We can help, we need you to provide us with accurate and timely information.<\/span>

    \u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Description of services<\/b><\/h2>

    Credit repair:<\/b>
    <\/b> It includes analysis of your credit report, preparing and sending dispute letters to the credit agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and the creditors concerned.<\/span><\/p>

    Funding (financing assistance):<\/b>
    <\/b> Includes review your account statements and credit history, assessment of eligibility and connection with lending partners.<\/span><\/p>

    What is NOT covered:<\/b><\/p>

    • Legal advice.<\/span>

      \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

    • Tax advice or accounting.<\/span>

      \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

    • Guarantee of results (we can not guarantee that remove specific accounts or approval of funding).<\/span>

      \u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Obligations of the customer<\/b><\/h2>

      The Client undertakes to:<\/span><\/p>

      • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date.<\/span>

        \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

      • Forward to the Company any correspondence received from the credit agencies within the <\/span>5 working days<\/b> following their receipt.<\/span>

        \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

      • Keep active subscription credit monitoring, if it is required for the service.<\/span>

        \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

      • To comply with the agreed payments according to the model described in Section 4.<\/span>

        \u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Payment structure<\/b><\/h2>

        Credit repair (CROA):<\/b>
        <\/b> In accordance with the <\/span>Law Credit Repair Organizations (CROA)<\/b>, we do not charge any fee until the contracted services have been fully performed.<\/span><\/p>

        • The model charge can be by result (e.g. $X for each account negative removed) or monthly (e.g. $X per month, after complete the work of that month).<\/span>

          \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

        • In no case is charged in advance.<\/span>

          \u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Funding (financing):<\/b><\/p>

          • The Client agrees that, in the event that you manage a successful financing, the Company may charge a commission previously agreed.<\/span>

            \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

          • The Company may also receive commissions from the lenders associated; this will be reported in a clear and transparent.<\/span>

            \u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            5. Cancellation<\/b><\/h2>

            3-day right of:<\/b>
            <\/b> The Client may cancel this contract without penalty or cost within the <\/span>three (3) days days<\/b> you have signed.<\/span><\/p>

            Cancellation later:<\/b>
            <\/b> After this deadline, the Client may cancel at any time by sending a written notice at least <\/span>30 days in advance<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

            6. Limitation of liability<\/b><\/h2>
            • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect loss, incidental or consequential damages.<\/span>

              \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

            • We do not guarantee specific results in the removal of negative accounts or in the approval of loans.<\/span>

              \u00a0<\/p><\/li>

            • The maximum liability of the Company, under any circumstances, shall be equivalent to the total amount paid by the Client in the last 3 months of service.<\/span>

              \u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              7. Jurisdiction<\/b><\/h2>

              These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the <\/span>State of Texas, united States<\/b>, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts pertaining to San Antonio, Texas.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
